FOR DIGITAL PRODUCT:

When you check out any digital files, you will receive a separate e-mail with the download link.
If you do not receive your follow-up e-mail with your digital files, please contact us at info@sarahcraftstudio.com and we will be more than happy to assist you by re-sending the download links.
Also please make sure to enter a correct e-mail for a smooth transaction!

FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCT:

Processing Time: How long it will take to make, package, and drop off your order to the post office.

Current Processing Time: 1-14 Business Days (Business Days, by definition, does not include weekends and holidays.)

For occassional items (e.g. Ramadan collection, New Year collection), we try to process the order as soon as possible, so it could be delivered within reasonable time frame before the event, though we don't take guarantee to the earliest timelines.

Shipping/Delivery Time: How long will it take to receive your order once dropped off at the post office.

Shipping Time 2-14 Business Days (Business Days, by definition, does not include weekends and holidays.)

Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider, Sarah Craft Studio does not hold any control and hence, not held responsible for:

• Mistakes made by shipping carriers

• Wrong addresses given by customers

• Damage to orders by postal service

• PO box issues

• Stolen packages after delivery

• Delayed packages

For any issues (stolen/missing package, delays, address changes, etc) please contact the carrier.
