Returns & Refunds policy

FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCT

General

All sales are FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please read our Shipping Policy for further details in this regard.

Sarah Craft Studio does not take returns only EXCEPT damaged items or missing items within the package.

Issues with the Item/Product

Customers are required to contact us regarding issues (damaged, defective, or you received an incorrect item) within 3 days after receiving their order. And, Sarah Craft Studio requires a photo image of the product in question. If we are not contacted within this time frame of you receiving your order, we are no longer able to resolve the issue.

If your product is found to be defective, you can send it back to us for repair or a complete refund. You’ll pay for shipping to us, and we’ll cover shipping (for repaired item) when we send it back. Shipping charges and duties are ineligible for refund.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. We cannot be held responsible for product damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

FOR DIGITAL PRODUCT


Sarah Craft Studio offers a no refund for any digital files (due to the nature of digital files) unless there's an issue with the product download and/or usability.

We will make the Product available for download by you as soon as we accept your order. If you find an issue with the Product, we will try our very best to fix the issue. This policy requires that you permit sufficient time to remedy any problem with a Product. Most issues are resolved within 7 days after it is found defective/non-usable and if Sarah Craft Studio cannot resolve your issue with your Product within 7 days, Sarah Craft Studio will provide a full refund for the amount you paid for the Product to the payment method you used when purchasing the Product as set for in these Terms.
